Cristiano Ronaldo might be hanging his boots soon in a few years time but for Ronaldo fans there’s nothing to be sad about, Cristiano’s son Cristiano Jr has already announced himself to the World. Cristiano Jr plays for Man United U12s and the little star is already making headlines.
Man United’s U12 team is playing in the Mediterranean Internet Cup which is a youth tournament focused on bringing out the best talent in Europe and Cristiano Jr is making the most of it.

Cristiano Jr scored a fantastic goal vs EF Gironès Sabat on Tuesday and did his Dad’s iconic Siuuu celebration and just a day later, Cristiano Jr scored an even better goal to showcase his rich form and talent.
Cristiano Jr aspires to follow his Dad’s footsteps but Ronaldo has made it clear that he won’t put any pressure on Cristiano Jr to be a footballer. Talking about his son in an interview, Cristiano Ronaldo said:
“I think he has something of an athlete about him. He has athletic characteristics. Obviously he is very young, but he loves football. That is a big plus. I have 30 balls at home. He is always with the ball and he loves it.”
“But I will not force him to be a player because it comes naturally. It has to be his choice. He will be whatever he wants to be, I am not going to push him at all.“
Cristiano Ronaldo has sacrificed a lot in his career. Hard work, dedication and a lot of sacrifice has made him what he is today. Cristiano said that he’s also strict with Cris Jr sometimes when he’s having crisps and coke.
“Sometimes he drinks coke and eats crisps and it irritates me, he knows that. Sometimes I tell my son to take a dip in cold water to recover after a run on the treadmill and he says, ‘Dad, it’s so cold there’. That’s fine, he is only 10 years old.”
