Liverpool forward Sadio Mane’s contract with Liverpool expires next summer. Mane has been in sensational form this season which has attracted interest from the Top clubs in Europe. The Senegal International has scored 21 goals in all competitions this season. Mane helped Liverpool reach the Champions League Final scoring goals in both legs of their Semi Final vs Villarreal.
Mane has been tipped for the Ballon D’or after his sensational season with Liverpool. Although teammate Mohamed Salah also has exceptional stats this season but what puts Mane on top of Salah for the Ballon d’Or is the fact Mane outperformed Salah twice in International Football.
Mane’s Senegal beat Salah’s Egypt in the Final of Africa Cup of Nations and then repeated the same feat in the World Cup Qualifiers.
Mane’s contract renewal talks with Liverpool are currently on hold. Mane’s last contract renewal was in 2018 when he signed a 5 year contract. The contract runs out next season. With just 1 year left on his Liverpool contract Mane would be willing to listen to offers.
The two European clubs interested in Sadio Mane are Spanish Giants Real Madrid and FC Barcelona. Madrid would be looking to strengthen their attack after a number of players leaving this summer while Barcelona also see Mane as a solution to their attacking problems.
As of now, no official offers have been made but GOAL Spain reported that if Real Madrid and Barcelona come knocking, Sadio Mane would be more than interested to try a new adventure in Spain after winning everything with Liverpool.
Sadio Mane would be looking to help Liverpool to the Quadruple who are in the Champions League Final, FA Cup Final, Carbao Cup Final and also in the race for Premier League title with just 1 point below Manchester City.
My suggestion. Is to said the expiration of sadio mane contract in Liverpool is nothing, and it’s also not good to announce it to the world.
The reason why I said that is because sadio mane is more important than trillion of dollars that a Liverpool should waste on him for his contract…..
