Man United have been struggling to make it to top 4 spot in the Premier League this season. The Reds suffered an embarrassing loss to Liverpool at Anfield. Man United were totally outplayed vs Liverpool as Klopp’s men outclassed Ralf Rangnick’s Red Devils. The loss means Man United are once again dependent on other club’s results to have any chance of making it to the Top 4.
Former Man United star Rio Ferdinand was extremely disappointed with the lackluster Man United performance. Ferdinand wasn’t happy with the attitude of some of the players and feels a lot needs to be changed at Old Trafford.
Speaking on his YouTube channel Vibe with Five, Ferdinand said:
“All jokes aside, how have Man United fallen off like this? The fall from grace is unheralded, never been see before at this rate. It’s alarming. There’s a big, big rebuild that needs to happen.”

Ferdinand also said that there are several players who wants to leave Man United as they are not happy with the club’s current level:
“I think there are 15 or so players getting ready to pack their bags and leave United. When was that ever happening before?”
“It doesn’t seem like anyone wants to be there, everyone is looking for a way out. You sit there and think “what is it?”.
Ferdinand also admitted that Man United should be worse without Ronaldo. Ronaldo is saving Man United’s season:
“Man United are having to fight for a 3-2 win over Norwich at Old Trafford, saved by a 37-year-old, Ronaldo, who they say is the problem. If he weren’t there bloody hell can you imagine where we’d be? We’d be struggling to get in the top 10.“
Ferdinand also called this Man United side worse than the Liverpool side he faced during his time at Old Trafford:
“This Man United team is worse than the worst Liverpool teams I played against.”
