Kylian Mbappe’s future has once again become a topic of discussion in recent days. Reports suggest that Real Madrid is not only looking to sign Jude Bellingham but also trying to get Mbappe to join the team at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in the upcoming summer transfer window.
However, Real Madrid has made it clear that they are not considering Mbappe and have ruled out any possibility of negotiations with PSG. Real Madrid’s leaders do not want to add to Nasser Al Khelaifi’s team’s bank balance, and their short-term strategy does not include Mbappe.
PSG’s plan is to develop a project around Mbappe, who has become captain, to achieve a renewal beyond 2024. Meanwhile, Real Madrid is happy with Vinicius Junior, who they believe is performing better than Mbappe and has demonstrated his potential in every game, including the upcoming Champions League final. From a financial standpoint, an operation involving Mbappe is not feasible due to his salary and incompatibility with Al Khelaifi and PSG.
If Mbappe resolves his contract in 2024, it could mean a change of script, but it is not something that is currently concerning anyone at Valdebebas.
