Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has made two forced changes to his starting lineup for tonight’s match against Newcastle, as the Reds look for an eighth win in a row.
As second-placed Liverpool takes on 19th-placed Newcastle at Anfield this evening, Virgil van Dijk, Fabinho, and Curtis Jones are all isolated following suspected positive COVID-19 tests.
As things stand, Liverpool’s match against Tottenham on Sunday is also expected to go ahead, although Van Dijk and Fabinho are both out tonight due to the new COVID-19 version.
Behind a back four of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joel Matip, Ibrahima Konate, and Andy Robertson, Alisson is one among those who will maintain his spot.
