Huge update on Cristiano Ronaldo’s future

Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Manchester United is somewhat uncertain after the Red Devils failed to qualify for the Champions League. The Portuguese is known as Mr. Champions League and it would be sad to see Mr. Champions League playing in the Europa League.

Cristiano Ronaldo owns almost all of the records in the Champions League. He has most titles won, most goals scored and most assists in the history of Champions League.

Ronaldo had called for support over new Man United Manager Erik Ten Hag’s appointment and wished him good luck but things have changed since then. Ronaldo went away on International Duty and is currently enjoying vacations.

However, La Repubblica via GFIN (Get Italian Football News) reported that Ronaldo wants a way out of Manchester United. The news reported by La Repubblica was:

“Cristiano Ronaldo does not feel involved in the Erik ten Hag project at Man United¬†anymore and the absence of¬†Champions League football has also increased chances of him departing. Jorge Mendes is already looking for a new club for him.”

Cristiano Ronaldo managed 24 goals and 3 assists in his return season at Old Trafford and many believe the Portuguese still has a lot to offer.

Ronaldo was the only positive in Man United’s dreadful season where they failed to win any trophy. But Ronaldo alone wasn’t enough to drive Man United to success.

AS Roma have expressed their interest in Cristiano and Sporting CP also have a huge desire for Cristiano to join. Bayern Munich however remain quiet on the subject but there are some talks going on behind the scenes.
