Cristiano Ronaldo’s girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez talks about Cristiano’s immense believe in his former club Real Madrid. Real Madrid have had a series of amazing comebacks in the Champions League this season. The Spanish giants have completed three amazing comebacks vs PSG, Chelsea and Man City.
At one point, PSG, Chelsea and Man City all seemed to have knocked Real Madrid out but the Spanish Giants came back to win the game. The game vs Man City was the most recent one. Guardiola’s men dominated the game for 179 minutes out of the 180 normal playing time but Real managed to sneak out with a win.
Man City won the first leg 4-3 and they were leading the return leg 0-1 until the 89th minute and then the unthinkable happened. Real Madrid scored two goals in two minutes to turn the tie around and take the game to extra time. Rodrygo was the saviour for Real Madrid coming off the bench.
Then Real Madrid got a penalty in Extra Time and Benzema smashed the penalty home to complete a miraculous comeback at the Bernabeu. Rodrygo the scorer of Madrid’s first two goals said that the comeback seemed impossible this time. Such is the greatness of Real Madrid that they turn the situation around even when everything seemed finished.

“We were watching the semi-final match between Real Madrid and Manchester City, but around 85 minutes I said it was over so we could sleep. Cristiano told me it wasn’t over until the referee blows the final whistle. Well, he was right.”
