Manchester United’s hopes of making it to the top 4 seem bleak as the reds continue to have a below average season. Man United have gone trophy less for the 5th year in a row. The red devils were knocked out of the EFL Cup, FA Cup, Champions League and also seem in a difficult situation to make it to the top 4 of the Champions League.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been Man United’s top scorer this season with 18 goals and the Portuguese added two more awards to his season. Ronaldo was named Man United’s player of the month for March and his goal against Spurs was named Premier League goal of the month for March. Cristiano Ronaldo continues to delivers despite Man United’s struggles and the Portuguese demands his team to keep pushing till the end.
Despite collecting two awards for the month of March, Cristiano Ronaldo was disappointed and wants more collective success. Ronaldo posted on his Instagram saying:
“Individual achievements are always welcome, but they’re worth so much more when they are connected to collective wins. There are still many things to fight for until the end of the season and we can never quit on achieving the goals that remain possible and within our reach.”
“Thanks to everyone who voted for the Goal Of The Month and Player Of The Month awards. Let’s go for more! Let’s fight until our last breath! Let’s go, Devils!”

Man United will face a tough challenge for the top 4 as their remaining 8 fixtures include games against Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal. They are already behind Arsenal and Spurs in the race for top 4 and one more slip could well prove to be costly for the Red Devils. Man United travel to Goodison Park this Saturday where they face Everton in a must win game to keep their top 4 hopes alive.
